It isn't an agency retainer, a formal business course or someone else telling you how to operate. It's a practical space to think out loud with a founder who's been through many of the same decisions.
Here's the structure: You can book a one-time prepared 90-minute session for $750 or monthly founder advisory at $600/month with a 90-minute meeting and Monthly Planning Worksheet. Ongoing engagements typically last 12 meetings over one year, but either party may cancel on 30 days' notice. Additional consulting is $400/hour.

Will Kent operate my company or run my marketing campaigns? No. Founder advisory is a practical sounding board for leadership and business decisions. Any separate strategic marketing engagement would need its own agreed scope.
